Our client engaged our services at the beginning of 2020. Following an unsuccessful merger and subsequent loss of identity, the company board sought our support. As a company they provide digital solutions to engage audiences in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sectors. 

Faced with the task of building a strong and identifiable brand, re-establishing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities. We worked with the owner to understand the DNA previous business successes had been built on, who were its most successful clients in the past, and what was the market looking for in the coming 24 months. 

Along with developing a strategy to develop the business flow, we looked behind the curtain at how the business functions, its processes, people, and core capabilities that needed to be in house, and those that didn’t. An area to improve was not the quality of output, but the quality of delivery. An overhaul and modernisation of the project management processes coupled with the introduction of fresh talent had a dramatic impact, resulting in an increase in client satisfaction and a 45% increase in repeat business revenues.
