Faced with the task of building a strong and identifiable brand, re-establishing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities. We worked with the owner to understand the DNA previous business successes had been built on, who were its most successful clients in the past, and what was the market looking for in the coming 24 months.
Along with developing a strategy to develop the business flow, we looked behind the curtain at how the business functions, its processes, people, and core capabilities that needed to be in house, and those that didn’t. An overhaul and modernisation of the project management processes coupled with the introduction of fresh talent had a dramatic impact, resulting in an increase in client satisfaction and a 45% increase in repeat business revenues.
